4 Love Mantras

I've been thinking about connections and how do we create connections with each other. Nowadays, we are quick to listen with the purpose of preparing our response.  How often do we just stop, listen and be in that moment for each other and thus form a deeper connection.  The following video is on Thich Nhat Hanh's 4 Love Mantras.

4 Mantras

  1. "I'm here for you"

  2. "I know you are there..."

  3. "I know you suffer...that is why I'm here for you"

  4. "I suffer. I am trying my best to practice. Please help me."

Of course, this is easier said than done.  I believe with any mantra, you have to do it with intention and adopt it fully with your body and spirit in order for the mantra's true meaning be able to come to existence.
